Well my girlfriend is still in the hospital. This morning I started out the day seeing my first weighin under 190 in at least 20 years I would guess.
Edit: I did it, 189.6 this morning!

Stopped at Burger King and picked up a sausage, egg and cheese burrito which has 320 calories and cost a buck. After hanging out at the hospital for about 3 hours I came home and had a BIG bowl of albondigas, a vegetable and meatball soup, a staple in Mexico. We will see tomorrow how the weigh in goes.


Having a problem cutting and pasting on this HTC One M9 Android smartphone, so will try to put the pictures up in the morning by adding them to this journal entry.

Hearing lots of comments that I am getting too thin so it may be time to go to Plan B which is to add some sort of weight training, maybe dumbbells, and back off of the exercise bike a bit. That was the plan that came to me once I got over the shock of the pre diabetes diagnosis.

So far the new regime hasn't made me any less lazy unfortunately. Back in the am with the pics.

Edit: No time for bike ride today nor did I test my blood sugar.
