My daughters girl scout troop sold nuts as a fundraiser and we opened a can of cashews yesterday - apparently I could not eat just one....
Had a great day exercise wise and eating until late afternoon, then it all went downhill.
Today is another day. Taking my kids to Christmas Carol movie - going to bring some carrot sticks again to try to avoid temptation. Worked last time. No way I'm losing weight until I get the snacking under control.

Hang in there buddy. I know its hard with the snacking, I came home after working out and ate waffles! I don't know whats up, but I agree, until we get this snacking under control, no weight will be lost. Have fun at the movies and gives a review!

A Christmas Carol in 3D - awesome! Loved it - totally worth a little more money to see in 3D - although I would recommend staying away from the licorice if your willpower is anything like mine....

Great to hear that you like Christmas Carol movie. We are going to go see it this weekend. My husband actually wants to go! By the way, you can get your snacking under control. I know you can.

Oh, yes, I refused to sell the nuts and candy because I BUY and EAT the nuts and candy! Cookie time will be tough too!.
