July 13th weight-in for the start of Week 3 Ancient Scheme. Disregard the July 14th weigh-in as there is no way to edit a weigh-in right after midnight.

~200 meals eaten through the first 15 days of the Ancient Scheme and yet still down from 234 lbs to 230.4 lbs!

Annual checkup with family doctor on Monday July 13th for blood work (CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, etc) completed on day 15 of Ancient Scheme. I plan to follow up with another set of blood tests at week 20 of the Ancient Scheme.
