Woke at #191 and That's OK! still under #24- under my normal weight!!! I still have "DROUPPY DRAWERS" from being ill, and my knee is on the mend. This week going to see my wife in Lutz, Florida, as she is a travel nurse, and her tour is up June 15. Leaving this Thursday after school and coming back Monday. This Tuesday is the tail of the tape at Dr.'s office, the dreaded Blood work so no food till 4:30 after school. My numbers have not been good, they put me even more meds, I take coffee cans full now, had to go with the JUMBO size med box! Hopefully with the additional pills might work and may be dropping some weight might help. I have never stayed in "ONDERLAND" very long anyway, as my body does not like me there.? Usually, just a short VACAY there, this time been 6 years since I was there. Was going to go for a motorcycle ride, but heat index is going to be 112 degrees, so I sweat, and that's no fun, and I'm DO N OK!

Look at you right down the road from me. I was scrolling through reading and I was like LUTZ...😅 Nice area or was before the boom of the last couple years. Florida has just blown up even in the smallest of decent areas. We lost the citrus and cattle around here unfortunately in the last 5 to 10 years. For what seems like a million new homes and a lot of concrete. Sorry about your health... but I appreciate the way you always strive that things are DO N' OK regardless.
