I bit of a gain this weigh in but I'm not it's a problem though... My scale says 1.2 lbs is gain muscle mass so that's good. The rest be fat but I have been drinking with Ryan and friends on weekends so that probably didn't help. I'm going to continue with my current eating patterns so to keep up with the growing demands on my time. I do enjoy being active and going outside more as the weather ☁️🌡️ starts to get nicer but I am finding it's tiring me out quicker then usual. I thought about upping my healthy fats to see if that would improve my energy levels. Lol, I get tired of being tired 😩. Still looking for ways to fit more activity and stretches into my day. I think it's a trick of get more of the exercises done in bursts at work but it's hard to breathe sometimes so finding time is hard sometimes. Still think it would be the best opportunity as I have more energy earlier in the day then towards the evening. Anyhow trying not to over correct and reduce food consumption because I believe that the increase in food quantity has been helpful to my ability to walk home when needed and still function after working my long days. I will be so happy when the car is fixed.
