Well, my weight is the same as my last weigh in, but I'm good with that. I know it was going back up, so being back to where I was is good. I just have to keep eating better and exercising.

I got my T25 workout DVD's last night, so I'm excited to start them. It's a Monday through Friday schedule, but I think I'm going to start on the weekend anyway because I have more time to workout on the weekends than during the week anyway, so it makes more sense to have a day or two off during the week. I went for a run/walk yesterday and managed to go a little over 3 miles. I ran for a total of 27 mins., but couldn't do the consecutive running. I just wasn't doing very good about pushing myself and thinking positive thoughts. The thing I need to work on while running is my breathing because that's what I feel like I struggle with the most. I'll get there. We have a 5K on July 4th, and last year I was able to run the whole thing, and this year I'm going to try again, but I'm not going to kill myself to do it.

Baseball was rescheduled from last night to tonight, so no workout, but I'm ready to get these last few games done. I'm going to grab an unwich from Jimmy John's and have a little picnic in the park while my hubby and son are practicing with the team. Pretty much as soon as I get home we have to go to the ball field, so I'm treating myself a little. :)

This weekend will be some gardening, cleaning, and hopefully T25. I hope everyone has a great weekend!!
