OK, so I have tried many diets however everytime I go on a diet, I feel I am starving. Once I get over that, I do better. Every time I started this, my first day was horrible, like 3000 plus calories. I thought for sure I would starve. I managed to go over like 150, 180 over planned 1500 the first 4 days, finally got it, so I gave myself an off the record weekend still on task keeping weight off. Yes, I am weighing in daily. I have to do the off days or I just cannot keep going I know me and to make this a life choice means I get breaks on logging I'm eating the same just weighing and logging all someday I was worried I'd only get one meal but that's what the off days are for, I don't log I just feel their bad. I started at 205 on Feb 24th and had been misdiagnosed with a myocardial infraction, only an infection, but I consider that a warning. have a temp goal for now, baby steps.
