i am unsure of my weight right now. All i know is wxerciaing at least an hour a day. earing much better has me going from a size 38 in pants, down to a 34 now. I cannot tall you how excited and proud of myself I am today. This is not the end of my journey. THIS is only the beginning! No excuses jusr discipline. If you feel discouraged today that is okay. Tomorrow is a new day and a new energy. It is up to us to accept our failures and change that level of thinking to another step as part of our difficult journey to the top. We can all do this. And we will! love yourself and know you deserve better. I had to learn to love myself before I could begin to climb. So i will see all of you at the top of the mountain.
