I didn't want my weight to creep back up into the 220s, but that's the way my weight loss usually goes, down and then up a smidge and then down and up. Yesterday I had major snack cravings that I could not resist. I think it was because I slept so little the night before. Whenever my husband is out of town for work, I tend to stay up late, it's harder for me to fall asleep without him. Maybe next time he's gone I should take some melatonin before bed. He was home last night and I fell asleep fast and got almost a full 8 hours.
