So, today I start on my modified spike diet. Every Saturday I will consume 3800(!) calories, and the rest of the week 1700. This will be a strange day. Right now, while typing this, I am eating scrambled eggs, toasted bread and a huge frankfurter, and I am doing this while arranging with Wife that we're gonna go eat. :) This is so weird, and I feel so guilty. I know this is what I'm supposed to do and I just need to get used to it.
I will still weigh in daily to see what changes it does to me and see how my body react. I am prepared that I WILL gain weight initially, but I want to see that also. I need to know.
Today is also the day that I lost 1600 grams of what I assume is water weight. I am now again under 100 kgs. I am pretty sure I will be above again tomorrow after eating all the food today. We'll see. No matter, I will do my best to enjoy today - since I HAVE to eat more, I might as well have fun with it, right? :)
Life is good!

It's now 2:20 PM. I feel like I have been stuffing myself silly, and honestly - I am not enjoying it much. Sure, I get to eat a lot of things that I don't normally would waste my calories on. However, I have gotten so used to eating different, and I think my tastebuds have changed. Today has been full of fat, chocolate, bad things, and they just don't do it for me. I am honestly looking forward to tomorrow, to go back to normal.

If I remember, I will report back in some hours to tell a little more about how this feel.
