woooohooooo!! Then you will have to add inONEderland to your name!!! 4 pounds, we are looking at 2 or 3 weeks I think! Hey you may be there before my birthday in January  

So, autocorrect really did its thing abs screwed up my post, huh?? lol When's your bday, sis? My ultimate goal is to be a size 8. I don't even think I want to be any smaller than that at whatever weight.

January 15th, I'll be 59 

I still have my goal weight at 180...but I want to actually take it down to 140 this time around...I want to run dammit, I really do! 

I want my strength 100% and I want to be down to 140 and running by my 60th birthday.  

You got this! You know what to do and you are getting it done. One day at a time is my motto and of course you gotta stop and smell the roses!💜💜👍👍💪💪

I don't know about by that date, Deb...lol. We'll see my losses tend to speed up & then slow down, granted I had not been logging or paying too much attention to calories the past couple of months. I've just been winging it, doing what felt right. The body composition scale says I have around 128 lbs of fat-free body mass, as of about 5 weeks ago. Every time muscle mass increases, it gives me a new target weight. As of then, it was 153 lbs. That's why, while I do keep an eye on the scale, my other eye is on body composition. Thus, the clothing size goal instead. Those are great goals, Deb! You can do it!!! I used to want to run. I'm not too interested in it at the moment. I think I'd really like to take some kickboxing or some type of self-defense classes.

LOL! I stumbled through another Zumba video again! I think I'll keep both my feet near the ground, cuz one one leg, I make a pogo stick look graceful! 

My self defense class has both feet planted on the ground, my 380 in both hands and two shots to the chest.....

@Deb Nice! I really hate that I missed zumba yesterday, but there was just no way! I might get in a bit at home tomorrow & a little at home core workout.
