Don't know if I've had a virus or a really bad migraine but I've been on my back or trotting to and from the bathroom for more than 24 hours. Hence, a drop on the scale. Sort of stole some of my week end! I have a couple trips on the near horizon which involve me parenting. Had really hoped to look at things this weekend. I'm sure I'll pull it off. Let's look at it this way. I'm caught up on sleep now!! LOL.

I've done well this week with eating. Now to stick with it. I'm missing how good it feels to be lighter. Just easier to move. Get down to and up off the floor. Just a quick check in. Take care!

Oh...had that about 2 weeks ago, I was down for 3 days with the worst headache. Glad to hear that you are over the hump of the really bad part. Hopefully you won't get the cold that everyone is getting after the virus/headache. Take care of yourself and keep pushing the fluids.
