I'm posting my weight a day early be cause it is the first loss since last Sunday. My weight fluctuates so much and I don't really understand it. After posting my weight on Sunday I ate very little yet on Monday I was up nearly 2 pounds. After eating pie Monday night and Tuesday morning I was extra careful so I could still lose this week. Within a day I was back to Monday's weight where I stayed until this morning. I didn't eat a Thanksgiving dinner so that isn't an issue. Maybe it just takes me longer than it used to to lose water weight. Maybe I am getting too obsessed with my weight. It doesn't help that I can't go for walks now because of my knee pain and I am also having leg pain in the same leg as the knee on the right side of the thigh.

Thanks Morticia! I have to obsess to lose weight. If I just try to eat less or healthier I rarely lose. I forgot that the week before this past week I had potato chips and French bread so maybe the weight on Sunday was wrong. Just tried walking Bobby. My knee started hurting as soon as I started walking on the street (blacktop). This is frustrating!

I have had knee problems too and it gets old fast. We have to be able to walk.

You've been doing very well with your weight loss Fritzy. Although you have weight fluctuations, the overall trend is definitely downward

Thanks Morticia.I guess I need to at least wait for the time period my doctor said. Then if it's still a problem I'll go back and see him again. I may drive Bobby to one of the dirt walking trails in my neighborhood. Maybe the dirt trail will be easier on my knee than blacktop..
