Well the scale did move down not much, happy it didn't go the other way. I have been eating larger portions and I have to stop it.
My hubby has surgery tomorrow morning for Glaucoma, I pray that our heavenly father watches over him at this time.
Sorry I have not been on here to journal much this week I just didn't feel like it to much going on between doctors & labs.
I will do better once this is all over and I can relax alittle.

stressful times are hard and so Im so very proud of you that your even on plan and just look.. you did great too.

Thank you syndi55 for your words of encouragement, I needed that. It's good our daughter is off work & will take us she is such a blessing I don't know what I would do without her.
I think I will go relax in the sunshine and soak up some good thoughts. You have a wonderful & blessed day :)

Your hubby is in my Prayers. You seem to be headed in the right direction if the scale is going down! Big Hugz...let's just get through the surgery!
