Four pound loss in a week or so..
Thinking something is wonky with the scale ⚖️ 📉 🤔

Thanks all... Missing being here with you guys!! Been very busy lately cuz I'm in my "get ready for winter phase", and there's tons to do over th next month or more... Haven't even been posting my meal photos, which I really like to do cuz it's a good visual record for knowing why the scale goes up or down.... Weighed myself again just two days after this recorded weigh-in, and the same scale said ANOTHER 2.4lb drop-Taking me down to 226.4lbs!! So thanks yfritz for the scale support! Good to hear from you!! But I'm waiting to record my weight until next week cuz it just doesn't seem like a couple days of chores was enough for that second drop.... We'll see.. ⚖️📉 🤔...❄️
