Net loss for this 5 day fast is 4.6 lb. My granddaughter said I don't "wobble" anymore when I walk. She meant I don't waddle. I can simply walk forward without the side to side action. I am able to walk faster as well and stairs are easier. Next 3 day fast starts Monday after dinner.

NSVs are important motivators. I had my photo taken several times yesterday and I joked with my sisters they were "before" pics🤣 I am functioning so much better, it really is worth the effort ❤️

@Lady... Yes, they are!!! Being able to function better in daily life is the most wonderful thing of all! 💜 Bending over to pick up a piece of paper without it cutting off my breath was a biggie for me.

Lady i just looked at your starting weight and current weight posted. You should be at your goal by this time next year!!!!!!! It took me a little over a year to get 94 pounds off and now that it is behind me i realized it went really fast (and slow). We will have to compare notes regarding IPL vs autophagy when you get there!!!

@YOH, I expect progress to slow a bit over the holidays, but by the end of next year, I should be there weight wise. Hard to imagine 🤔
