It took me 1 year and a couple weeks but I officially hit my first weight loss goal, I’m proud of my self but I thought I would be happier reaching my 1st goal. But it just kinda feels dull like ok now keep going haha, probably because im still adjusting to single dad life now that wasn’t in my plans but change is inevitable and nothing lasts forever it feels good to say that in hard times but it’s also true for good times. It’s a very bittersweet quote
