Happy Friday everyone ❣️ didn't sleep well last night and didn't fast as long as I usually do only did 12hrs last night woke up early and saw on FB where my step daughter her ex boyfriend whom my husband still calls his son and my hubby loves him to death but his father passed away last night 😢💔😢 so I been up worrying about him I know the pain of loosing my mother 22yrs ago on Thanksgiving day and I just am sad for him he's only 28and didn't have to good of relationship with his dad and now to have lost him.

I slept poorly too and ate horrible yesterday - hubby's birthday. Today back on plan. Sorry to hear of your step-daughter's ex-boyfriend's dad's death. I lost a great aunt and uncle on Thanksgiving day.

Sara i’m sending prayers for Comfort and Peace to wrap around your family at this difficult time🛐 i know the pain that you feel can be so overwhelming with the passing away of a parent my heart goes out to your “ex son-in-love” ❤️‍🩹 bc the love you have when you are family can’t just disappear when a relationship changes 🫠 My life will never be the same since my Sweet Mother passed last year in July and my Baby Brother this year in March. Thorough Faith and Daily Grace do I only have The Lord’s Peace to help me start to heal and i’m Blessed to have the Love of family like you have. Your presence will be so good for him to give the strength to face another day.
