OK so January went OK but then for the entire month of February I decided to do an experiment with my daily to do's. I didn't weigh myself at all, didn't count calories, didn't journal my food, basically just let myself run loose into the WILD lol. The result was i gained 11 pounds. Now, I have to say that I don't feel bad at all about the gain BC it was actually quite fun. However, if I were to continue without checking myself...it could turn into a hot mess of a situation. Nobody has time for that so my experiment has come to an end lol. Definitely not gonna gain anymore. I'm in no rush to get the weight off BC my boyfriend likes that I have a little "extra meat" on my frame lol. But I might shoot to lose about 5 pounds by the end of summer. I'll see how I feel over time. #Peace&Love :-D

I am a fan of a little extra meat too...I was super skinny in high school and looking back, I think I looked gross :( So healthy and curvy I shall be!!! Back at her, you can get those few pounds off in no time!

I had the same problem in February. I wasn't experimenting, just stuck in the house without fresh groceries. I was cleaning out the staples. So I gained 14 pounds, although art of that is backed up guts and water weight. Things should look better next week.
