First day of yet another re-start. Oh well. At least I am restarting instead of giving up completely. Have lost the weight before, so know I can do it again. And this time maybe it will stick since I am doing it for more than just vanity - my blood pressure is way too high and I do not want to have to increase my medication dose again, plus if the weight is not off of the knees, there will be a knee replacement staring me in the face. So, it is on to a leaner and healthier self !!!

Begin again. How many times have you been headed somewhere, took a wrong turn and just immediately quit and went home? Probably not often. You at least spend some time trying to find your way. Yet we expect perfection in our life journey. Let your internal compass be your ONSTAR, Lady. I'm so glad you're still in this :)
