I can't believe I am down another 2 pounds already! I am a little hungry in the evenings but other than that, I am shocked by how full I am on this diet!

Hooray for phase 2! I had boring chicken the other day and bland sirloin last night. I guess you don't want more than 3 ounces when it doesn't have much flavor!

I am really tasting the salt in canned soups and string cheese. ugh. I wish I could find a low sodium soup that we could eat on this diet.

Your doing a great job- You can use spices on your chicken & steak it always helps, just go easy on salt so you don't retain water. Have you tried to make some soups, just buy low sodium,low fat broth and add any veggies,beans, small amount of meat & and add any seasonings you want, I like to pour over some brown rice to make very filling . I make a big pot and keep in fridge for hunger pangs anytime. Keep up the good work.

Congrats!!! Your chart is looking sooo good..Keep up the good work. I have tried the Healthy Choice veggie soups and didn't think the salt was too bad in them. As for the "bland" meat - try using some fat-free salad dressing to dip it in (that's what I do). Hope this helps...
