You're such a sweetie, DQ! 💖 I really haven't been eating that great, as far as balancing my macros, so I'm actually surprised I have lost anything. I think it's just water and some inflammation that I'm getting rid of, but I am feeling better, energy-wise, so that's encouraging.

Melissa, thank you. 💖 Yes, I call MerMee Dairy Queen/DQ. I thought it was a bit more accurate than Cheesegobbler. 😁 I know I should call her by the name she gave herself, but Cheesegobbler sounds too harsh for her. I still call her MerMee sometimes too. 😊

Thank you, Nikki. 💕 I'm not putting in much effort right now, mainly because I am eating out of the freezer and pantry until we make a trip into town. I don't really like going into town, it drains me. Hopefully, as my health habits improve, I will have the energy to spend the day in town and not get wiped out. Currently trying to stay positive in my thoughts and actions, regarding my food choices and activity. 😊
