Weight is up since last Wednesday, but I expected that with the indulging I did for my birthday. Still an overall 1 1/2 pound loss for the week: about 1 lb of fat, .5 lb muscle. Averaged 1900 calories per day last week, goal was 1800. Averaged 9800 steps per day, goal was 10k. Lifted weights 3 days, avg 35 min per session. Averaged 7 hr 21 min of sleep per night, I am for at least 7 hours.
