lol!!! there is a god! i wasnt particulary good on the weekend,(im so glad i picked thurs morn as my weighin day!) on mon morn i weighed 700gms heavier than this morn so you can see ive been on the ball this week! it sure did give me a fright.
i did do a lot of walking while away, and even played 9 holes of golf which was a new thing for me although i wasnt very good and thats a resonable amount of paddock to walk over.
ate out twice even dessert one night and alcohol in the mix too!
I now have an extra motivation over the next month as im going over to perth(aust) for my sisters surprise 40th on the 16th oct and would love to be close to goal then. she has had gastric band surg and lost 26kgs so far so i cant wait to see her.
well hope youve al had a good week, i know to get losing i have to watch those weekends! cheers di
