Wow, I got off my diet and gained over 20 pounds...and I kept my head in the sand about it...my doctor (also my friend) told me the last visit that I needed to lose weight to improve my health, so here I am. Got the courage too get back on the scale and about dropped my teeth. Oh, well, back to the diet. I have stayed on the low sodium diet, however, and that alone helped me in many ways sooooo now is down to LOW CALORIE weight as well...I also need to increase exercise which will help. So back on the wagon.
