I did not go to the gym whole week because I had things to do and my lower back was uncomfortable.
My friend who was a member of gym and moved to Denver in January informed me that he would visit here to see his parents and be at the gym Friday and Monday. I thought I got a reason to go there.

I saw this flower when I walked to the gym yesterday. This one seemed proud of itself toward to the sunshine. There’s no same flower and only this one was there.

I always seek something I can be lazy. When I saw this I was ashamed myself, but I felt I received encouragement from this yellow one.
