@aitch11 I feel for you... the yo-yo nature of it might be playing with you... keep strong and do what is necessary to keep you well... I am sure you will bounce back and lose all of it and more... 🫶💪💪 

I feel it is a pain weighing in everyday, but I believe that is what is keeping me on the straight and narrow line to downwards arrows, it is a hiccup you can overcome, just make sure you take care of yourself and do not let this effect your overall health and mental wellbeing 

It turns out that it's hard to be human and get everything right all the time! Go easy on yourself, you know you'll recover 💜 

what happened to make you gain that? 

don't worry about it just go back to what you been doing you have been doing so well be proud of yourself  

Aitch11, think back to putting on that size 14 top and how good that felt. Now think positive and get back to what got you there. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help you on your way. Try to weigh in each morning first think or every other day so you can make short adjustments to your diet to keep the ship on course. You are doing great 😊
