Although I was not perfect this week I still kept an eye on my calorie intake and got exercise. Obviously with a 7 lbs drop I saw results. I can only imagine how much of a result I would see if I was doing this perfectly. Hmmm....it's fun to imagine.

I'm so excited about this weightloss. i was online last weekend and I was "window" shopping for clothes I'll buy when I've reached my goal. It will be so much fun shopping in stores that I can't even imagine entering now. Because I've been overweight since before puberty, I have no idea what I'll actually look like when this is all said and done. My sister looks a lot like me so I try to picture myself like her but with blonde hair, but that's not good comparison because although our facial structure is similar our body shape is quite different.

Although I don't have a clear picture in my mind, it's fun just to take the time to imagine it all - increased energy, stronger muscles and body, no jiggly arms, easy breathing walking up the steps, less swelling of the ankles and feet, no more sleep apnea (which means no more CPAP machine), stronger throwing arm when bowling, cute jeans, tops and dresses (YAY!!), my doctor in SHOCK, my friends and family celebrating with me - SUPER YAY!!! It's so exciting to imagine it all I can almost taste it with my delight.
