Lonnie, Dad had the 🔥 hair. I got the highlights from the 'old country' 😃☘️😃 St. Patrick's Day is a great celebration here in New England. Celebrate all good things 'Irish' 😉 It's funny though, none of my relatives in Ireland do our 'Boiled Dinner'(where did that come from 🤣) although we all agree 'The Quiet Man' John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara is a must watch. I do wish I remembered 'Gaelic' ☘️ Are you 'Irish'?

As for myself, I am more German and Luxembourg…… definitely have some meat on my bones 🦴 Lol . I’m hoping this time now that I’m turning 50 in February; I am more mature and willing to take time to count calories and put myself first ,ahead of my work schedule. At least enough to take care of me . I think a lot of us have learned (as we mature) if we can’t love ourselves first, you can’t properly love someone else. ♥️

Hmmm Lonnie, my Dad actually had red hair the color of fire 🤣 Mom preferred their wedding photos in black and white bc the sunlight shining on my Dad's hair blurred the color photos 😂

Lonnie, I've never been to Oktoberfest in Germany. We have a 'watered down' version here. The beer in America is also 'watered down'😆. 50 is 50 milestones. and each year goes FAST. I like to check and see what I've learned so I can apply accordingly. Sorry, I don't intend to preach! So, what beer do you suggest is the best from Germany/Luxembourg. If I remember correctly the alcohol content is much higher there 🤣

Hey Breezy, your right, age is just a number and it shows your experience. Lol
So when I was stationed in Germany, I was able to experience a lot of beer over there. I have to say my favorite was from the local monastery where they make their own. That stuff was simply amazing and yes, much more potent. 😉
And the funny part is they serve it in liter or half liter sizes! That’s a mug of beer 🍺
