omg, only once I did that many steps and I was barely able to move next five days 🤣 hope you don't ruin your holiday with inflammation 💪

wow that's impressive steps the last time I managed 45,000 was about 3 years ago when Jim abd I had a day and night In London. not done much since. please don't over do it though. Merry Mel 🤩  

The app says 5hrs.....Amsterdam is flat and lots to see so it actually seemed shorter than my recent walks when I went home to Ireland at Christmas. On my way to the airport now. Very interested to see my weight in the morning (had a lot of pancakes). 45000 steps? That's incredible! 

@Sunshineveryday2022 Amsterdam is on my list too, I'm hoping maybe this September I'll get to see it :) hope you had a great time!  

@Nunido, definitely worth a visit. I live in London so it's a very short flight for me.  

@Nunido, I suffer lower leg inflammation because of my meds and the walking generally helps. Standing still causes me problems.
