Budgeted weight gain? I happy with how I handled December. My food intake was very good even when I was at home with family. I remember being that specific on my requirements for Christmas lunch and I am soo happy with how I handled my self.

I over indulged on beverages though. Drank a lot of Gin and tonic (still happy with that). Happy that I did not drink and ciders which I used to love.

Got back to regular exercise this week, had to get a lot of clothes altered. I no longer have to wear these big T-shirts to work 🥺. I dont have to wear a man’s cut. I celebrate not having to wear a vest to tuck all sorts of things in🥺

Found 4 dresses from 2011 which fit me again!! I still am committing to looking after my body🥺
