I'm really surprised i didn't gain 10 lbs during the last 2 weeks. I am very happy that I didn't, but now that the Dr's appointment is over, i can stop the stress eating. Thankfully, I didn't get bad news today. The Dr said that what showed up is hardening of my small blood vessels in my brain and it gives off stroke like symptoms sometimes. He said the main thing is to watch my blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. I want to thank all of you for the support and kind words and prayers that you said to or for me. I truly believe in prayer and I'm sure all your prayers helped me get the not so bad results. I have been losing inches though, even though i'm not losing weight. I can tell because my close are fitting me better and some are even bigger on me. Again, Thank you all for everything you've done and said to me and the support. I love this group.
