Christmas was very nice with a house full of guests and food! We were going to spend NYE with friends in AZ, but we received very sad news that our friend, who had been fighting cancer for a few years now, did not make it to see the new year. We will see when his wife is up for visitors. We will be spending a quiet New Year's evening at home. Time to start in on some projects, probably small stuff indoors, like cleaning and organizing drawers and closets. Health-wise, going to work on raising my energy level. I have been so low on energy for too long. Other goals are the same as before, increase activity • cut out sugar • calorie deficit • balance macros. These are not resolutions, but WOL (Way Of Living) goals. Hoping that everyone is looking forward to the new year with encouragement and excitement. 💕

So sorry for your loss of your dear friend Becky. We’ve had loss too of our daughters co-workers very young hubby who assed suddenly. It’s been terribly sad and many tears shed. Hopefully we can chat soon. Love and prayers from 22-23…Happy new year in a few hours to you my sweet friend. Love you. ❤️🙏🏻

Diana1234— not a cheat meal, but a planned, portion controlled, celebratory meal with the Important people in your life. Take that word cheat meal out of your vocabulary. You are not cheating.

NAVYWIFE and Wifey, thank you so much. 💕 He was so much fun and so brave while dealing with his illness. I will miss him tremendously, I already do. 2022 has brought a lot of grieving for our loved ones, with both family and friends. Looking forward to a better new year.
