FIRST OF ALL, I POSTED A NEW IMAGE...A VERY GOOD RECIPE WHICH I MAY JUST HAVE TO FOLLOW THIS YEAR. ANYONE ELSE LIKE IT?

No gain no loss for me but on Thursday, I anticipate gaining 5 pounds. Most of that will be liquid of sorts and gone in a few days so I am not too worried about it. Does anyone else gain as much on Thanksgiving?

I'm sure there are lots of people who gain a lot. You know what you have to do to get rid of it. Enjoy your holiday.

I don't know how much I gain but it always seems like a lot. But then I don't normally eat the way we do on Thanksgiving either. =)

I could easily gain 5 lbs on Thanksgiving, hopefully I won't but we'll see. At least gains like that do come off pretty quickly. The trick is going right back to eating correctly and not continuing poor eating after the Holiday. Enjoy the holiday. :)

Well, almost 7 pounds for me. Hoping most of it was Chardonnay! I'm going to get back on my bad motor scooter and ride!
