I really don't like to exercise. So I don't do much of that. But I do Park the car further away or on the opposite side of where im going to in a mall. I'd use stairs instead of elevators depending on what floor I'm goin to 😁😄 I just try to take more steps in the day. But I think I do need to do some toning exercises. Meals wise, I try my best to plan a day or 2 ahead. If I don't do that then b4 I put something in my mouth I turn to my app and see if it's worth it, if it fits into my calories and if il have enough left over for my next meal. If I do go over for today then I fast a little longer the next day and consume a little less calories for that day, just to balance out the numbers. If I'm feeling peckish, I have some coffee first to see if I'm really hungry or if it's the binge calling. If we buy ice cream or chocolate or cakes etc I don't deprive myself, but this time instead of eating the whole thing il take a piece from the kids if I'm feeling for it, saves money and cals👌👍I substituted white bread with Albany ultima calorie controlled bread. (70 cals a slice). I don't no what exactly it is, but I noticed that white bread is a problem with me, there's something in it that makes me bloat and gain weight. Potatoes, rice pasta (not too much of that though), I'm fine with all that, it's just the white bread. I can't even say it's the flour coz I make roti, pancakes, Naan. I'm also now trying to find a balance in the food groups carbs, veg, fruit, proteins, fats and dairy and fit all that in my calories and macros, ya I no I'm just giving myself work. But In addition to losing weight I also want to be healthy. I am not in any way perfect, I don't lose weight every week, I definitely am not where I want to be after 23 weeks, but I am definitely trying. I'm trying different ways to make this sustainable and healthy for me long term.
