So I gained a little weight which is expected when I start to workout. I know that eating healthy goes hand in hand with exercise, but eating healthy is a huge struggle for me when I am a picky eater. I don't like a variety of foods and apparently I like sugary foods and the bad fats that are high in carbs. My carb and fat percentage always are high and protein never gets to the goal percentage. That's when I give up on eating healthy and just workout harder but at my age I can't really do that especially when I think I may have exercise induced asthma. My upper chest inflames when I begin cardio exercises but after about 5 minutes it goes away. I have already been tested for everything else that could be life threatening so I am good there. It's just a little discouraging when I used to be very athletic.

I am a picky eater too. I hate a lot of things that other people love like ranch dressing and tomatoes.

When I was in a hospital as a patient, I lost 24 lbs. of weight for very short period. It was mostly muscle loss not fat. Before a surgery, I hardly ate meat or fish, but now I eat egg and chicken breast for protein daily basis and eat tofu often. It is my duty to take care of my body well.
