Very happy to see a continued downward trend. Yesterday I started taking probiotics (Primal Defense, AOR, and Prescript-Assist). I wouldn't describe myself as having digestive issues, but I recently found out that the kidney disease I have (yes, getting a transplant does not actually cure the underlying disease) is an autoimmune disease. Learned this from a book I'm currently reading: The Paleo Approach: Reverse Autoimmune Disease and Heal Your Body. So, I'm introducing probiotics in an effort to possibly reverse the kidney disease and address any other gut related autoimmune deficiencies I might have.
