Oh well, at least these earthquakes are good for something! I lost more weight! I am back to eating mostly, the first few days after this latest 6.3 I found it hard to eat but yesterday it was more normal.

Emotionally it is getting really tough here. I am getting tired of constantly being on alert, worrying about hubby while he is at work, anticipating the next big one (we have a 30% chance now of a 6 - 6.9).

We are having aftershocks all night too which doesn't help with the sleep which doesn't help with the emotions. And we don't have loads of damage/liquifaction to deal with. I don't know how they cope!

Sorry to be a downer today, I guess the adrenaline has worn off and it has got harder to cope.

Thanks Bren. They will last for years, esp if we keep getting big ones.

Squiggs, I am so sorry to hear about those darn quakes still lurking around you folks. I wish I could wish them away for you. I'm so very happy to know that you are safe. The only bad think about the weight loss under these circumstances is that it's not the healthy way. Glad your still losing though. I will continue to pray. HUGS:)

Thanks Laurie. I wish you could too! Please keep praying especially for my husband at his workplace, I know our house can cope (for nwo anyway LOL) but I worry about his building and all the big stuff that can fall. Hugs back!
