Wow, this week(end) has been GREAT! I've been doing so many fun things. Here in Denmark, Thursday was a holiday, so I took off Friday from work and had a four day weekend. I've been performing live with my new band, I've been travelling a little, I've met new good friends, I've spend time with my family in our new garden, been BBQing, partying and so many more things. What a great time. I did have two days where I could not stay within my RDI, but I have done so much physical work that it fully compensates. I have no worries about it, though it WAS a little discouraging to see the scale climp several kilos yesterday morning. Today, it's one kilo down though, I am back on track! Today, if weather permits it, I will walk to my garden again, and do some more garden work. They say it might rain, so I'll just have to wait and see. I hope it stays clear. Life is good!
