Wow, 170 this morning...I did walk 2 whole miles yesterday, one in the am and another (with the fur children) in the evening. OMG what an ordeal! They are much stronger that they look! I am excited!!!>>>Today I am going to jump out of my comfort zone and go to my very first ever water aerobics class at the Y<<<!! I am all packed up and have a new lock and towels. My goodness what is wrong with me?? I am just so ready to do something I have always wanted to do...thinking about Zumba too... Well here goes nothing...

HBC, darling, I'm not sure if you may have just missed it (you're SO busy!) but I finally had RNY (gastric bypass) surgery in July. My health, ( diabetes, high BP, high BS, and high COL) depended on it. Plus the fact that my mother died of a massive heart attack at the age of 60. Both my diabetic Dr. and my primary Dr. said it would be the best thing for me. IT WAS. All my numbers are good now, and the docs took me down from 14 prescription meds to now just 5. So happy!
