I am working graveyards and just being uggggghhhhh. LOL. I have done pretty good the last two days of low carb. I refuse to call it a diet because I KNOW that this will be the way I have to eat probably for the rest of my life. Has anyone heard of your weight "Set Point"? Where your body remembers a weight you have been before even a LONG time ago. Well 170ish is one of those weights my body wants to keep me at. I have to work hard to get past it but I know that I will. Might take another week or so but right now I have the willpower of Superman LOL. or Superwoman? Anyway, today I received my first order of a weight loss help capsule which I will not mention the name. I actually only ordered it because a friend sells it and I told her I would try it for ONE month and see how it goes. I did this several months ago with a different friend who sells Plexus. It didnt do anything for me. Not saying anything negative about it just that it didnt help me. I will keep yall posted. Have a super weekend....I will be working graveyards keeping your electricity humming LOL.
