Down by almost ½ of a pound for weekly average and I am good with that. Looking back at my recorded numbers, this was the normal weekly rate of weight loss. Paying attention to my macro % and getting some type of daily movement/activity is what I am working on. Also, increasing water intake. We're going to a friends get together tonight, a bratwurst competition, I'm making coleslaw, but eating before I go, so I plan on not eating there. I will keep a glass of water or tonic water in my hand and maybe have raw veggies. We'll see how it goes. 😊

Thank you DP, Jen, Superman and Kat. 💕 The competition is just between 2 of the husbands and is a get together at the winery that our friends own. There's always good food, so that's a challenge, but the biggest challenge for me is that one of the wives is a person I absolutely don't like. I'm sticking to the attitude that there are going to be others that I do like, so the ratio is in my favor.🥴

Jen, Joe just confirmed a July Fish Fry, that his brother is coming up from Las Cruces to put together at our place. Already planning the menu around that. 😋

Jen, it's not that involved. At first I thought it was an open competition and thought it would be fun if Joe made some, but as it turns out, these 2 guys think they found the best brats, already made, so that's what the competition is about. Kind of just an excuse/reason to get together. 😁

We used to have movie night at my neighbor’s place before the plague. Fierce competition between neighbors. Always funny. Always delicious.

My best friend, had friends that owned a winery, biggest snobs on earth! Had cars and a yacht, sounds like fun, but character ruins all of it. They would always steal free stuff, all condiments, all napkins, cloth or not, ask for extra crap and have ziplocks to take it all home in. WEIRD and not fun!!! At a wedding they took home centerpieces and even table and chair covers. I want NOTHING to do with them!!!
