I am giving the weight loss a kick start by getting into ketosis. So far In 4 days I’ve lost 6lb, but I expect over the weekend I mail gain a bit. I have a little bit of keto flu though and an upset stomach, so waiting for it to pass - haven’t had as much food cravings as I thought I would & it has made me realise I can eat a lot less than I usually do. Always wanting to over-do it, treat self, go out for meals / takeaways etc, it’s too excessive. Need to work on mindset of enjoyment in food and seek enjoyment elsewhere.
