bone broth protein with coffee ☕️ keeps my arthritis in check and is a filling breakfast. down a few pounds. may be just water weight. feel like this flu that I had for almost a week is coming to an end. yay! shooting for low cals today. maybe I can do some light yoga 🧘‍♀️ haven't been able to exercise for about a week ever since I got sick and have been slacking in the eatingdepartment. my intentions for today are not to eat anything that doesn't have nutritional value and keep it low cals

You can get it online. I use ancient nutrition by Dr. Axe which I swear by. If I don't drink for a few days I can feel it in my hip n leg area. ( i have arthritis) Bone broth protein powder is used for skin joints n gut health. Made from bone broth made with bones from a cow. Eww. I know it sounds gross but apparently this method has been around since ancient times.

Thnx 4 the info I see it on Amazon but don't want to buy a huge tub of it. If I don't like it it it won't help my 2 arthitic knees and 2 hips that need replaced. Where can I get a smaller package? Do you use vanilla flavor for all types of food & drink or do you do one flavor for coffee only?
