After my last fast I went AWOL. I've been eating a bit laxly and exercising less. So, no surprise that I've had a rebound. I'm gearing up to get serious again, but I'm not quite in the game again. I'm holding the line at the moment, but not in weight losing mode. I've had a spring cold and it's been a cold spring. The sun will come out and I'll get out into the garden tomorrow. Looking for a new start!

I was on the road for almost a month on a fun RV trip, then in the 10 days since I've been home I've had a colonoscopy, a root canal and a cold. So, I've given myself a little break!

Dunno where you live but I wish you'd send some of the sunshine my way!!! I live in northern Indiana by Notre Dame. Haven't but a glimpse of the sun in over a week. The weather channel says 58* but sure feels closer to 38*.
Hang in there with your weight!!! After I had COVIDI gained back 19 of the 100 I lost over the last 4 years. Something just ignited in my soul to get my butt back in gear!!! Over the last few weeks I've lost 10+ pounds again.

I hear you. I ended up getting really sick 11 days ago and I’m not better. My nutrition went out the window. Once I kick this I will restart, it’s hard when your not feeling good. Take care of you!

I wondered where you were! I've been a bit AWOL myself, but what you were up to sounds like good times. Well, other than the root canal, colonoscopy and cold!! Like you, I'm changing course and feeling better from it. Back to business!

Spring here in NW Missouri has been cold and wet. Miserable. I am ready for some sunshine too.
