I think I in a way I was expecting a big number today but new that it was not going to be anything big since I did weigh myself a dozen times a day and i was not seeing anything big. I guess my body just need to take it its own pace. And really the detox only made me feel even more deprived and while doing it I can hear myself say I cant wait to eat my regular meals which I get to chose and not resticted to the detox menue. So in a way I am releaved and proud of myself for going thru with it and sticking to it as if it was a commitment with no backing out. Even though the result where nothing as originaly expected I am happy that I am back to counting points.
