So all my puffiness and bloating feelings were correct... hey just under a pound.. not bad for me lol... but i felt it and saw it so luckily this weigh in wasn't a surprise. little bummed but really not too much. i know i've been doing well and can't control my womanly issues lol. I'm more glad that i didn't hide from the weigh in like i almost did. I knew it was a bad week for a weigh in but i faced it and stayed accountable.

Anyway. on to the next week!.. Have a super fun weekend planned. Tonight hittin up a ol'skool ny freestyle party at a club with my little sisters erica and jari... also the event is being promoted by my homegirl from highschool and a bunch of my girls from highschool are coming! so excited to see everyone again :)

Saturday i got roped into "sports fest", my bff had some people from her job drop out and she asked if i'd join in with her. Apparently its a bunch of large corporations that get together and play team sports. This is the first time i've ever volunteered for a sporting event... EVER.. i sucked at sports as a younger girl... i may not be great but physically i'm so ready to try... hope i can find a game that would interest me to play occasionally in real life!

Pot luck at my job today :) i had my hubby show me how to make his famous mac and cheese, looking forward to not giving a shit what i eat today since i'm having a pretty active weekend. lol besides more opportunities to get to know even more people at my fairly new awesome job.
