So I passed my goal weight and went down 8 dress sizes. None of clothes fit me and fall down. For the record, I used to weight over 200 lbs. I now on my maintenance journey and have been for the past 6-7 months. My life has changed for the better after hard word. I used to have feet pain from going up the stairs. I accumulated breathing problems as well. Now I can out sprint and join in charity runs. I never would have thought I could be that person jogging ahead of the group but I did it. I took a test and realized my BMI was actually on target for a healthy person of my age after being classified as overweight nearly my whole life. I almost cried. When I see food, I no longer feel lured by it but it is just another energy booster. I have my cake slices at times when I am out but I no longer stack my plate high. No, I do not consume only vegetables and nuts. I just follow the serving sizes and make sure most of my foods are swapped with healthy options.

What I ate:

I put my main, size dishes in small dips bowls
Ate out at subway and cut my burgers in half and add them with salad
Consumed mushrooms in everything from pasta to eggs
I used almond and cashew milk instead of dairy
(I eat cheeses and yogurt)
I started steaming my foods and used coconut oils, avocados oils
My bread went from wheat to sourdough
I started making Japanese and Mediterranean dishes
I started enjoying sriracha and xylitol sweetened chicken, stir fry and green teas.
My dessert was mainly half a dark chocolate dipped banana with a small tub of strawberry dannon frozen yogurt 3 times week.

Workouts

I worked out twice at week in an aerobics class and walked 15-20 minutes from work 5 times a week.
