I was true to my word. Behaved myself yesterday. Air Fryer chicken. Scale down just a bit.

Not making promises for today. Planning on doing a bad thing. Liver and Onions are fine except I always eat too much. Plus trying my hand for the first time at real cheesecake. I've tried fake cheesecake 4 times and just didn't care for it. That's why I finally cratered and gave in to donuts. I haven't tried making other diet deserts, all I know is, as my husband put it, the cheesecake was about 80% there. He loves cheesecake and I don't even remember having it before so I have nothing to gauge it against. Not good enough. Based on the fake cheesecake, I'm guessing the artificial sweetener just doesn't taste right. I'm ok with it in my tea all day. I don't even think that is what stalled and then made me gain the 10 lbs back because I was drinking it the whole time when the scale went to my lowest. If I'm going to have a desert until I can try other things, I don't want to settle for 80%.
