From your journal yesterday, I see you're a guy with numbers. I hear our body fat measurement is never 100% precise. So, how you feel about your energy level and fitting in your clothes is more important as you have such low in fat percentage, I think. Regarding carb/protein/fat ratio, really hope you follow your body wants & needs rather than how others generally recommend you to eat. I disagree with everyone goes for high protein or rigidly follow certain numbers. You should really listen to your day to day hunger for different food. Sometimes you may want more fat and other days more grains. It can vary in different season, too. So glad for your cholesterol is in control now. Your food logs show you eat pretty clean everyday. Lily, Thanks for the feedback as well! You are correct, at the very end of the day it is how you feel about yourself and what you feel capable of each and every day. I definitely feel I am at my prime, I guess which is why I am so determined to improve, and never stop trying to! I just love being able to observe how my body reacts to different variables, it's almost like a self-science project. Have a happy holiday!

I know what you mean, Gerdik! I am totally a "listen to my body" and eat pretty clean person... but I love, love, love data! I just think it's fun. I get a really nerdy kick out of recording stats for things I do. (Ever used endomondo? There are others similar to it as well, but I am obsessed with logging my information and tracking it with different graphs by workout types, calories, distance, time... it's just FUN. (Wow I am nerdy!)
